1. Is your water re-cycled water?
No, all water is clean, clear natural bore water, we don’t cart re-cycled water with no odour or residue. Unlike re-cycled water you can store our water in your rainwater tank. We take the ‘yuck’ factor out of water delivery. |

2. Where does your water come from?
We have several local sources around south east QLD all outside the water grid. |

3. Do you take water from council standpipes?
No all water is guaranteed to be supplied from outside the south east QLD water grid, we do not take water from council standpipes or re-cycling stations |

4. Is your water safe?
Yes it’s regularly tested by nationally accredited independent laboratories to meet workplace health and safety guidelines. It has also been tested by SPASA the swimming pool and spa association of QLD and is suitable for new or renovated pool filling. |

5. Can I drink it?
Our water is suitable for all industrial or domestic uses except drinking. Put it on the garden, in the pool or in your rainwater tank. |

6. What will it cost me?
Prices are based on your suburb and location and are all inclusive. |

7. How do I order?
Call our office or request a quote via our website. We take your order details and send you a confirmation form by email or fax. We usually contact you the day before your delivery to confirm your booking. Delivery usually takes place within 48 hours of you placing your order. |

8. How do I pay?
We accept credit card payments over the phone. We don't process your
credit card payment until we have confirmed your booking with you. Payment
is required prior to delivery. |

9. How quickly can you fill my pool?
An average 8 x 4 metre pool takes around 2 hours to fill, much faster than a standard house-hold hose. We deliver six days a week and can deliver 24 hours a day in times of peak demand. |

10. My tank/pool is located at the back of the house, how far can your hoses reach?
We have hoses up to 100 metres long, ensuring we can access most standard house yards and areas. |
